The more you know the better you can become which is why provide continued ongoing support in and out of the gym on proper movement and nutrition.
Personal Training
In Small Group Personal Training, you will receive the proper level of training for your goals and concerns. In each session, you will meet with our certified trainers in a small group format.
Tribe
Led by experienced coaches, within a group setting, TRIBE is a calorie-burning, interval training class designed to target all levels of clients.
Nutrition Coaching
Let us help you get in the best shape of your life with our 6 week one on one nutritional coaching. Our coaches design a detailed program for you based on your specific wellness goals. We guide you every step of the way, not only helping you to achieve your goals, but giving you the tools necessary to make lifestyle changes to create healthy habits for life. Includes supplementation and weekly accountability meetings.
Cycle
Cycle is not just about the bike… but if it was, we have the latest and greatest for you to enjoy the ride. During the 45 min cardio jam session you will not only be entertained but will torch some serious calories.
Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga means to LINK …. Breath with movement. All levels welcome as you can make this class as challenging as you want. You will practice breath techniques, stretching, strength building, core endurance, balance, inversions, twist and rest. This class is for everyBODY!
